1. What Solaeris is
Solaeris (solaeris.io) is operated by Shawn McCulley as a sole proprietorship. We produce personalized narrative packages — the Audio-Static Package — using your birth data and personality questionnaire responses. Each package is a creative, fictional work inspired by your personal details. It is not an astrological reading, a psychological assessment, or a medical or spiritual service of any kind.
2. The product
The Audio-Static Package ($89, one-time payment) includes: a character document, a movie poster, an opening narrative, an audio narration, a storyboard, and a cover letter. All six are generated specifically for you using a combination of automated systems and large language models. Delivery is digital only. There is no physical component.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. The price is $89 USD, charged once at the time of order. We do not offer subscriptions, installment plans, or recurring billing. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
4. Refund policy
Because your package is a custom digital product generated specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once delivery has begun. If your order fails to complete due to a technical error on our end, we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion. If you have a concern, contact us at hello@solaeris.io and we will respond within two business days.
5. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
6. What you receive and what we retain
You own the artifacts we deliver to you. You may use them personally — share them, print them, give them as gifts. You may not resell them, claim authorship for commercial purposes, or use them to train machine learning models. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying aspects of the workflow for internal improvement, but we will never share your personal output publicly or sell your data.
7. Nature of the content
Solaeris produces creative fiction. The character document, narrative, and all associated artifacts describe a fictional universe and fictional events. Any resemblance to real events or real outcomes is coincidental and unintended. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or real-world applicability of any content we deliver.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solaeris and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
